Every few days you might want to swab a Q-tip around the places you can reach, perhaps with a dab of soap. Flushing with lots of water, though, seems to be key. Using some tissue to dab at the stray urine drops will also help. After a shower, then use a Q-tip to put a little dab of lotion inside and smear that around to help lube up the inside of the tube.

I have recently ...um... installed a CB-6000, and have only been stuck in the dang, stupid, awful, evil, frustrating thing for 5 days now. --But I'm a bit concerned about hygiene, I mean, the fit is too tight to really flush with water effectively. -Are we supposed to be let out for supervised cleanings or something...?
