Does anyone have advice on where to place the electrode pads on a TENS machine for best stimulation. So far all attempts have been unsuccessful - not to mention painful !

I have to say I never found TENS machines any good for e-stim, the frequencies and pulse patters just weren't right for me. I did eventually invest in a proper e-stim box (the PES one, although many people claim others are better that one offered the right price/performance ratio for me).

In terms of electrode placement that depends what the object is. For erotic teasing I find an electrode on the cock shaft and one at the base of the scrotum works well and doesn't provide enough stimulation to bring me to orgasm. The box CAN produce (and even force!) an orgasm, indeed it is sometimes used in place of traditional milking while I am locked. Try attaching a sticky electrode pad to the glans and a sticky electrode to the frenum (underside, upper shaft).

Or try attaching a sticky electrode pad to the frenum and a sticky electrode pad to the base of the penis or Perineum.

I tried to experiment with it and placed the electrodes where you mentioned, and I also tried it with one of the pads lower in the "taint" area... Then I'd just lay back and play with the controls until if felt just right. I was able to have an orgasm without even touching myself. If they are adjusted just right, it really feels great. I can achieve prostate fluid release - i.e. milking - with NO orgasm - through careful use of the device. A plug in the rear, and a ring around the base of the cock does the trick.
