Very well made, beautiful, high quality device. But we were disappointed to discover that when soft, he can still pull out the back of the device (a common problem with ball trap devices). The measurements fit perfectly. The balls remain trapped. And because the base ring is hinged, that's also sized as small as will fit.

Now we're trying to figure out a solution to inescapable chastity under my control as keyholder without requiring any self-control on his part.

We had looked at full belts, like neosteel, before settling on the lancelot. Maybe we're different than some of the chastity enthusiasts here, but we wanted the chastity to only limit orgasm not erections. All the full belts are solid steel pointing downward, which over time begin to inhibit the erections and could possibly damage erectile tissue by forcing the penis constantly downward. We don't want his body to "adjust", we want him to continue having as frequent and as strong of erections, building up the sexual frustration until I allow him release.

The chainmail seemed like the perfect solution: flexible to point up while erect, but also point down the rest of the time including being able to use the bathroom. And it does seem to work exactly as intended except for pulling out.

Is there a way of getting a full belt, like neosteel, but incorporate the chainmail penis tube we have instead of the solid tube?

I also considered getting a separate chainmail belt sized exactly right to attach to the hinged base ring, thus locking on with the device locked.

Possibly some kind of insert to prevent pulling out. Has anyone tried this?:

That is a great looking device. Is the soft mesh the problem? Or is a ring size issue. A PA might just slove the problem.

As I said in my original post, neither of us are willing to have him pierced, so a PA is not an option.

The mesh tube works perfectly. The pull-out is out the back of the base ring.

Would neosteel customize a belt for us with the chainmail tube instead of the standard one?

I am locked 24/7 in a Lancelot. Mine is the Deluxe small, but I found that I would get irritation around the cock ring where the mesh attached. I sewed (with fishing line) a silicon cock ring inside the opening which stopped all irritation. It also helps restrict pull out but I expect if I tried I could still escape, but I have not. I would love to know a solution to this problem.

I think the nature of the device is that a PA or other piercing would not be comfortable. The flexibility and low profile of the device would pinch.

I'm in a Lancelot and yes as you say pull back is technically possible although the balls remain trapped. However it is the most comfortable and practical device I have experienced for everyday use so am sticking with it precisely to avoid the adjustment issues you mention and also gives greater freedom of movement without crushing anything important! My wife is also squeamish about the PA piercing idea so whilst I am OK about trying it myself I don't think it will be permitted. But previously I had used a CB- series and still had the plastic KSD G2 insert from that, so I am using the largest of the three supplied, which works well inside the Lancelot. I had to make the KSD mounting hole a little larger and also cut some grooves in the top of it to allow the cage pins to connect to the A ring but it's easy enough to do. Then put the main ring on first, followed by the KSD G2 slid all the way down to the base, then the mesh cage locked over the top. I think it would really hurt to try pulling out now and don't fancy trying. Certainly couldn't get back in without the key if I did.

when I wore the Lancelot, I just used a leather string looped around my waist and connected to the Lancelot's locking system. It served three reasons: it just puts some weight from the A-ring, it pulls the device close to my body, and it eliminates the pulling-out issue fully.

How did the leather belt secure around your waist and to the locking system? Did you just tie it around your waist, and if so what would prevent someone from untying it, pulling out, then retying it?

I was thinking about a chainmail belt like this:

If it was sized right, the hinged base ring could slide through the rings at each end of the belt, and it would all be locked on together.

I did not secure the leather string at all, but just made a simple knot. I was self-locked at that time anyway, so I was in no need to escape it by slipping it off while still locked.

But there are indeed quite simple methods for making this a little more cheat-proof, for example by making some kind of unique seal behind the knot, eg. from wax with a unique stamp on it. Of course, there are lots of options to still escape such to cheat if one wants, but I just assumed an honest chastity user, trying to add comfort and avoid accidents by devices falling off by themselves, without any manipulation, eg. while sleeping.

I think a chain is also a valid method for those who like it, offering the option for adding another lock for security. For comfort reasons, I used the leather string, and it worked fine for me, as I did not need any further security option.
