Well, switched to the smallest ring at about 7 pm last night, but couldn't get to sleep. Took off the CB-3000 at about 11 pm.
This morning, after taking a shower, put the CB-3000 back on using the medium-sized ring, one size larger than the one I used most of yesterday. Put on my underwear and jeans, then went into town on business. I think the medium ring is going to work out better. I can't push my balls through the gap between the ring and the cage portion. I'm using the largest single spacer with the medium length lock pin and the smallest spacer between the lock hasp and the front of the cage. The only real discomfort is when I'm sitting down (i.e. driving) and the ends of the guide pins are sticking into me. I don't think I'll ever use multiple spacers between the ring and the cage, so it's probably safe to trim the guide pins.

6:30 pm: I've worn my CB-3000 for 5 hours now. Received it today, bacause my wife went out of town for business. Using the 2nd smallest ring, and an average size spacer. For the last 3 hours, I've had it on under my jeans while I went into town on errands. I purposefully left the keys at home. Was a little uncomfortable in the car, because I have to drive with my knees spread apart and the jeans' crotch pushes against the CB-3000. It felt a little better lining the front penis groove up with the jeans' seam, rather than pushing my penis to one side or the other. I think it will be more comforatable when I shorten the guide pins.
It's such an amazing feeling to feel the hardness through the cloth, and not be able to feel anything on my penis. It's trying to get hard now as I think about, but it's not hurting. It looks so wild to see the head squeezed tightly against the clear plastic. Before I started to get hard, I was considering switching to the smallest ring, because it felt like I had plenty of extra room. When I try to get hard, the ring starts acting like a traditional cock ring, so now I'm not so sure.
I'm flying back east in 5 days to meet my wife, so I'm going to try to keep it locked on at least until then. My wife knows nothing about this, and I'm a little scared to show her.
