I think I know where I'm going wrong! Because I have always had self esteem problems, I'm having trouble believing someone would want to serve me. My pet and I had a lovely weekend away, but it was obvious I was not in control. I made too many allowances and let him get away with an awful lot. He did point out at one point that I should be "telling" him not "asking" him to do things! I still worry because of the depression, but I'm starting to think that maybe I need to quit with the allowances and just start to treat him like a pet 24/7. Maybe that is what he's crying out for. Hmmmm.....

Dear Mistress:
maybe this will be just the solution for any esteem problems you may suffer. I feel strongly that we in the US do a great disservice to women in the way that we socalize them and it shows in lots of destructive self behaviors and weight problems. I am sorry to hear that things may be similar in the UK, always thought you Brits are so much more civilized than us. I digress, thank you for allowing me to write to a Goddess Humbly Jenny12858

Also, I find that a stern mistress is what I like best. It definitly makes me a lot more submissive. I love a 'take charge' type mistress, it goes hand in hand with a Dom/sub relationship. If both you and he thinks you should be more demanding, I would say give it a try for sure. Good luck!
