i hope that your wife gags you tightly when she leaves, preferably with a pair of used silk panties kept in place by a nice tight hood. It works for me!

Your wife should put a diaper (and plastic pants) on you when you leave. The advantages are that she can stay out much longer, and you can prevent an unexpected mess..

Another tip would for her would be to insert a suppository before diapering. That way you would really need personal toilet.
