Here is my idea for a dice/release system that allows more frequent activity for domme and slave:

-Start with a simple daily roll of a single dice.  If it comes up 1, 3, or 5 - no activity and the male remains locked up until the next roll.

-If the roll is 2, 4, or 6, the slave gets a second roll.

If the second roll is an odd number, the domme shuffles a deck of cards and the slave gets to pick one card.  Each card corresponds to a pre-set list of bondage situations, tease and torture or humiliating tasks (all involving the slave remaining locked).  Domme and sub can tailor the list to their preferences for play.  As an example, the 2 of clubs might involve being tied in a kneeling position and being given a hard spanking with a strap.  The ace of spade might involve the slave being strung up for a single-tail whipping.  For the queen of hearts, perhaps the slave is cross-dressed and taken out in public.  For those who practice cuckholding, several of the cards might involve the domme going out for some fun while the slave is left at home.

If the second roll is an even number, the slave is allowed out of chastity under the following conditions:

If it's a 2 - the slave is tied down tightly on the bed, face up, and given an unpleasant release, such as a ruined orgasm.  The tight bondage ensures that the domme will be able to place the chastity device back on her slave.

If the 2nd roll is a 4, the slave is still tied down tightly on the bed, but given a more pleasant release, such as a hand job, oral pleasure, 69, etc.  Again, the bondage ensures that the slave will be returned to chastity without question and the slave associates bondage with pleasure.

 If the 2nd roll is a 6, the slave is tied down and allowed to experience intercourse with the domme.  The domme can decide of the slave is to be gagged, blindfolded, etc. when tied down.

Of course, the domme can deny the daily dice roll if the slave misbehaves or fails to obey the domme in any way.
