This is much like what my wife does too. She tells me to use a lube, get hard, and stroke for a certian amount of time with no ejaculating. The time doesn't start until I'm actually hard and if I go soft she will either use a paddle on my ass or hit my balls. Some times I get too close to orgasm and I stop stroking, and again she punishes me. Usually this is for 30 minutes.
